Stan Stroud is the owner and certified home inspector of Centennial Inspection Service, Inc. Stan has been inspecting homes full-time since 1990, performing upward of 8,000 inspections to date. Homes have their own brand of local color, and as a Denver native, Stan’s knowledge of construction in the area is second to none. Stan also offers inspections of commercial properties all the way up to 50,000 sq. ft. in size.
